Great Progress at The Locks

Great progress is being made at The Locks, the stunning new residential development in Charlemont Square.
The superstructure is almost complete with three of the four cores on the first residential block now topped out. External brickwork is also progressing on the east and west facades with the window installation scheduled to complete over the next three weeks. The impressive winter garden installations will also commence in October.

The Locks features over 200 contemporary apartments set within one of Dublin’s most vibrant, creative and artistic communities. The development perfectly merges some of Dublin’s coolest living addresses; Ranelagh, Rathmines, Portobello alongside the city’s leading social districts.

Cleverly designed by MCORM architects, the residential buildings nestle around a new public square, landscaped courtyards and open landscaped streets which will feature a range of best in class food and beverage operators.

The contemporary interiors have been designed by Sara Cosgrove a leading interior architecture and design studio. The apartments will feature open plan layouts with generous floor to ceiling heights as well as winter garden balconies maximising the living areas.
